This glittering Champagne, full of finesse, is made only with Chardonnay. It elegantly combines floral notes, citrus scents and brioche aromas.
A pale yellow colour with some sparkling reflections, revealing a lively, fine and crystalline effervescence.
Its floral fragrances evoke the freshness of spring (acacia, daffodils and honeysuckle). Then notes of summer fruits (mirabelle plums, and tart apple) add to its complexity.
With a wonderful slightly sharp acidity, this wine is delicate, fresh and refined. This wine reveals both the character of the Chardonnay and the mineral and limestone qualities of its terroir with a long and complex finish. A good tension from the attack to the finish.
